Tollywood Tycoon is an engaging movie industry management simulation where players evolve from unknown directors to industry powerhouses. As a UI/UX Designer, my role focuses on creating a seamless experience using Unity, emphasizing economy systems, risk visibility, production flow, and progression design.

The design highlights measurable risk, visible consequences, and long-term growth.

Economy & Risk System:

Players manage:

- Cash (₹)

- Box Office Collections

- Quality Score (0–100)

- Studio Relationships

Enhancements include:

- Budget allocation across Cast, Music, Marketing, and Locations

- Risk vs Expected Quality indicator

- Color-coded profit and loss feedback

- Tier-based performance outcomes

The goal is to clarify financial exposure before commitment.

Production Pipeline:

Two development paths are available:

- Short Film (low risk, credibility growth)

- Feature Film (high investment, theatrical exposure)

Before release, players review a production summary that highlights strengths and weaknesses, reinforcing cause-and-effect transparency.

Public & Industry Reaction:

Expanded outcome tiers include:

- Disaster

- Below Average

- Blockbuster

Color Language:

- Red → Loss

- Amber → Neutral
